As a Latina working in the digital advertising space, I share many of the author’s sentiments in this AdAge article. It’s important to me that my community is fairly represented and that Hispanic Heritage Month is seen as an opportunity to showcase our diversity and success. At Brkthru, we know one size does not fit all, not only as it pertains to digital advertising but also to our team and our partnerships with our clients. Aligning with the author’s perspective, it’s important that we reject cookie cutter solutions and embrace authenticity.
