Account Director - Key Accounts
The Account Director - Key Accounts is responsible for managing high-priority accounts with clients like heads of agency and CMO’s. The ideal candidate will have experience bringing major wins and delivering bad news in high-pressure situations alike. The ideal candidate loves the business of advertising and achieving clients’ marketing objectives. You would be the advocate of Brkthru’s interests in the client partnership. You are ready to channel your decade or more of experience to oversee the account team, growing the account, campaign management and reporting with the fastest growing, independent digital advertising company in the world. You pride yourself on building trust and strong relationships with clients and your team. You will be the leader of a team of up to seven composed of members from our Media, Client Services, and Client Success teams.

Business Development Specialist
As a Business Development Specialist, you will prospect and secure qualified new business appointments for your assigned Client Success Directors through prospecting, outreach, inbound traffic, and various other marketing efforts.
Director of Client Success (Sales)
The Director of Client Success is responsible for hunting new territory and developing new business. This is a critical and highly visible position that is integral to growing revenue and maintaining client relationships at Brkthru. The Director of Client Success (CSD) reports to the Regional Director (RD) of Client Success.
Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer will work with the Vice President of Marketing, Marketing Manager, and Graphic Designer to help communicate and promote Brkthru to external and internal audiences through compelling graphic design, messaging, and videos. You will help bring to life strategic multi-channel marketing that builds a positive perception, generates awareness , and helps drive demand through our Owned, Earned, and Paid channels.
Media Strategist
As a Media Strategist, you will lead and navigate high stakes, high value strategic planning for current and prospective clients. Not only will you develop thoughtful, well-reasoned media plans supported by industry-leading research, but you’ll also prioritize knowledge-sharing and mentoring colleagues on best practices.
Media Trader
As a Media Trader, you’ll be joining a dynamic programmatic media buying team and play a key role in the success of our client’s campaigns and goals. The Media Trader is ultimately responsible for setting up, executing, and optimizing client’s campaigns. As an integral player on your team, you will ensure a campaign’s success and find creative ways to say YES to our clients.
