Account Director - Key Accounts

The Account Director - Key Accounts is responsible for managing high-priority accounts with clients like heads of agency and CMO’s. The ideal candidate will have experience bringing major wins and delivering bad news in high-pressure situations alike. The ideal candidate loves the business of advertising and achieving clients’ marketing objectives. You would be the advocate of Brkthru’s interests in the client partnership. You are ready to channel your decade or more of experience to oversee the account team, growing the account, campaign management and reporting with the fastest growing, independent digital advertising company in the world. You pride yourself on building trust and strong relationships with clients and your team. You will be the leader of a team of up to seven composed of members from our Media, Client Services, and Client Success teams.

As a SEM Specialist, you'll be joining a dynamic programmatic media buying team and play a key role in the success of our client's campaigns and goals. The SEM Specialist is ultimately responsible for setting up, executing, and optimizing client's campaigns. As an integral player on your team, you will ensure a campaign's success and find creative ways to say YES to our clients. Brkthru operates as a fully remote company with occasional mandatory travel for training and offsites, provided with advance notice.
