The Brkthru team of nearly 200 employees gathered recently at the Borgata in Atlantic City for our Fall 2024 All-Company Meeting with the theme of Brkthru Empire!
In addition to our typical semi-annual, all-company get togethers of business updates, key initiatives and department breakouts, this time we included an in-person signing day for our yearly One Day Sale.
Members of the Brkthru Client Success, Sales Development, Business Development, Client Services, Media, Strategy and Analytics departments worked side-by-side reaching out to clients to finalize orders, and those from Operations, Finance, HR and Organizational Management worked to process orders, provide updates and keep everyone energized.
It was our most-successful One Day Sale ever – we booked an impressive number of campaigns for current and new clients, locking in plans for Q4 2024 and to help clients get a jump on 2025 with upfront specials on paid digital media campaigns.
The Brkthru Empire theme continued in the evening with a celebratory dinner where employees came dressed in 1920s Speakeasy attire (congratulations again Karen Cuce and Andy Ernst for winning the contest).
We also welcomed new employees, celebrated anniversaries, and recognized the contributions of a special group of employees with Founders Cup, Platinum Performers and new Core Value awards.
This was an action-packed offsite, demonstrating again that a company founded on service to its clients and saying YES! accomplishes great things when we work together.
